Nabubuhay ka ba sa Galit?

Maraming ka-relational conflict…
May mga blocked friends sa facebook…
Walang tumatagal na kaibigan…

Kahit sariling kapamilya hindi makasundo…
Gustong laging mapag-isa…

May kakilala ka bang ganyan? Hindi ba???t ang hirap magtrabaho, mag-focus at mag-enjoy kung may mga tao tayong kagalit. Pakiramdam natin sumisikip at lumiliit ang mundo natin dahil may mga tao tayong gustong iwasan o di kaya’y mga taong ayaw nating makita.

Napakahirap mamuhay sa galit. Hindi lang ito mahirap, malungkot at nakakapagod din. Hindi masamang magalit. Ang magalit ay isang normal na pakiramdam ng tao. Pero ang mamuhay sa galit ay ibang usapan. Kapag ang galit ay hindi natin na-resolve, doon tayo nagkakaroon ng problema.

Bakit nga ba may mga taong namumuhay sa galit?
Ito ang ilan sa mga posibleng dahilan:

Nagawan sila ng masama ng kanilang kapwa at hindi nakahingi ng tawad ang taong nakasakit sa kanya.
Marami siyang unresolved issues sa kanyang past.
Nahihirapan siyang mag-move on.
Hindi makapagpatawad.
Nauudyukan at nagagatungan ng mga tao sa paligid nya na patuloy magalit.
Nakasanayan at nakaugalian na lang maging magagalitin.
Defense mechanism nya ito para hindi na sya muling masaktan o ma-agrabyado.
May kalyo at manhid na ang kanyang puso.

Living in anger is not brought by only by situations or circumstances but is based by CHOICE.

Sabi nga sa Bible (Ephesians 4:26), “In your anger, do not sin”.

Gaya nga ng sinabi ko kanina, hindi masama ang magalit. Ngunit kailangan natin mag-ingat na sa ating pag-express ng galit ay hindi tayo magkakasala.

Kapag ang ating mga galit ay ating pinatagal at inalagaan sa ating puso, nagiging hatred and bitterness ito. Hindi natin namamalayan unti-unti na tayong kinakain ng ating galit. Galit na ang nagko-control sa ating buhay. Ang lahat ng ginagawa natin ay motivated na ng galit.

Dito na magsisimulang masira, hindi lang ang mga relationships natin kundi ang mga sarili nating buhay. Nakakaisip na tayo ng masama laban sa ating kapwa, nag-iisip na tayong maghiganti, nagpa-plano na tayong manira ng buhay ng iba at kung ano-ano pa.

Kung titignan natin, napakaraming masamang epekto ang galit, hindi lang sa mga tao sa paligid natin kundi sa sarili natin. Kaya kung magpapatuloy tayong mamuhay sa galit, hindi ang mga kagalit natin ang lugi at kawawa, kundi tayo.

Tayo ang nawawalan at hindi sila. Tayo ang ang magsu-suffer sa mga consequences at negative effects ng inaalagaang galit natin at hindi sila. At the end of the day, tayo ang magsisisi, tayo ang mag-isa, tayo ang miserable, tayo ang masasaktan.

Kaya hanggang may panahon pa, itapon na ang mga galit sa puso natin at magsimula tayong mamuhay ng may pagmamahal. Let our hearts forgive and forget. Life is too short, sayang naman kung mamamatay tayong may galit.

Nahihirapan ka bang magpatawad? Bakit?
