Kahit nahihirapan na, nakatawa pa rin..

Introducing??? sila ang mga taong cheerful.
Sino ba naman ang taong ayaw magkaroon ng kaibigan, katrabaho, kaklase, boss, ka-partner, kapitbahay at kapamilya na hindi cheerful?

I believe bawat isa sa atin ay gusto ring maging cheerful.

Paano tayo magiging cheerful? Here are some of my practical tips:

ALWAYS SMILE

Kahit mahirap ngumiti, smile ka lang. Hindi lang sya nagbibigay ng cheers sa mga tao sa paligid kundi sa sarili mo din. Pinapagaan nito ang mabigat na kalooban at mabigat na pagmumukha natin

BE THANKFUL

Realize how blessed you are by counting your blessings. Find ways on how and what to be thankful for. Do not focus on the things that you have but focus on the unseen blessings (air you breathe, food you eat, love of your family, peace in your heart, healthy body and more). There are so many things to be thankful for! Count them all and it will surely cheer your heart.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH CHEERFUL PEOPLE

Cheerfulness is contagious. Hayaan mo na cheerful people ang mag-impluwensya sayo. Avoid those people na puro reklamo, puro trash talk, nega, ma-drama at kung ano-ano pa. Piliin mo ang mga circle of friends mo because they will surely influence you.

ASK GOD FOR HELP

Most of the time mahirap talaga maging cheerful lalo na kung nasasaktan ka, nahihirapan ka at kung ano-ano pa. You can ask God to give you a cheerful heart. He can help you to have a thankful heart. Just humble yourself before Him and allow Him to change you.
