There are so many things that already happened pero heto ikaw, napag iwanan na.
What’s even worst, eh yung agony mo during the process of grief and sadness.
That’s what happened to one of my letter sender. She has been married for the past 20 years now and lived a happy life. That was the biggest blow in her life. And her question to me was kung ano ang gagawin niya?
In unfortunate events like these, how do we move on?
DECIDE TO LET GO OF YOUR PAIN. Because if you don’t, you’ll just keep on sabotaging yourself and will not make an effort to push yourself back up. You can’t have a self-pity party. Tandaan mo na hindi masosolusyunan if you hold on to the pain of your problem. The only way you can do that is, you have to decide to FORGIVE. You got to DECIDE to let go of the pain.
Kapag nakapagdecide kana—
FOCUS ON THE PRESENT. Stop doing throwbacks and trying to remind yourself of the past, over and over again.
Dahil sigurado ako, you want to move on to the next chapter of your life, kaya kumilos ka na.
And lastly, TRUST GOD’S PLAN. I firmly believe in God’s promise; that all things work for good for those who are called according to His purpose.
THINK.REFLECT.APPLY
Are you still on a self-pity party mode?
Are you ready to move on?
Are you ready to decide to forgive?
