You Never…

focus on the positive not on the negative

Naririndi ka na ba sa tuwing sinasabi ng asawa mo sa???yo na ???You never did this or that!???
It seems like you don’t do anything right?

Ganoon talaga yun, our mind is programmed to look at the wrongdoing of others and overlook our own mistakes.

“Eh totoo naman, Chinkee. Madami talagang palpak ang asawa ko.”

Yes, I totally agree!

Because just like your spouse, tao ka lang na imperfect.

Kaya dun sa palaging nakakarinig mula sa asawa nila ng mga katagang “You Never…”, basahin mo itong blog na ito.

FOCUS ON THE THINGS THAT YOUR SPOUSE IS DOING

Rather than focusing on the negative, bakit hindi nalang mag-focus sa positive.

Let us focus on their strengths, not on their weaknesses.

Forcing people to work from their weakness is one of the most frustrating things to do.

FORGIVE YOUR SPOUSE FOR THE THINGS HE OR SHE NEVER SEEMS TO DO

Di ka ba niya sinasabihan ng ???I love you????
Di ka ba niya hina-hug kapag nagkikita kayo?

Instead na sigawan mo siya at magalit ka sa kanya, why don’t you talk to him? Kausapin mo siya ng mahinahon and in a way na hindi niya mafi-feel that he or she is a failure. And most probably madi-discover mo kung bakit hindi niya nagagawa yung mga bagay na yun. Yung mga reasons man niya ay hindi valid for you, but knowing and understanding where he’s coming from will allow your relationship to grow and not be destroyed by the things your spouse never does.

And when all has been said and done, forgive your spouse for not doing the things you expect him or her to do.

THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.

Forgiveness is the key to a growing relationship even if your spouse constantly says that you never do something or if your spouse constantly forgets to do something.
