Naniniwala pa ba kayo na may mga natitirang faithful na lalaki?

‘wag ka ng umasa sa forever.
WHY? Allow me to explain…
I can still remember noong ako ay ikinasal noong 1999,
ako ay isang ganap na lalaki.
“Huh! Chinkee, ano ang ibig mong sabihin?”
Up to this day, I can guarantee I’m still a man.
What I’m trying to say is that I still get physically attracted with other women.
Hindi pa rin nagbabago ang pagtingin ko especially with other women.
I do know and acknowledge na ito ay isa kong weakness.
I can still remember when I made a commitment to my God to love,
honor and protect my wife on October 23, 1999,
that I will remain faithful and will look at only ONE WOMAN,
and that is no other than Nove Ann, my wife.

In reality, madaling mag promise,
pero mahirap tuparin ang pangako.
Sa dami ng mga temptasyon from the internet,
mga porn site at the tip of your finger.
Minsan kasama mo ang mga maling barkada.
Madadala ka sa mga lugar na napakaraming temptasyon.
I myself had my own share of temptation.
Madalas pa akong mag travel sa iba’t ibang lugar
na ‘di ko kasama si misis.
At marami rin mga magagandang babae maliban pa sa ating asawa.
Maniwala ka mga MARS at PARDS!
If I don’t love God more than my wife,
matagal na rin ako natukso at bumigay.
This is what I’ve realized:
The issue is not whether you will cheat, but when you will cheat your spouse.
Buti na lang, one of my mentors taught me to
LOVE GOD more than my WIFE.
At first, I got confused. ‘Di ko ma gets!
But when I got married, lumalabas na ang pagkainis namin sa isa’t isa.
Doon ko na siya naintindihan.
I know my wife can’t be with me 24/7.
However, I know God is with me 24/7.
I love God so much that I’m afraid to hurt His feelings.
Kung tunay mong mahal ang isang tao,
wala ka dapat gagawin para ikalungkot o ikasakit ng kanyang feelings.
‘Di ba?
Kung may ginagawa na masama na ikanasasakit ng damdamin ng iba,
simple lang ang observation ko diyan.
Higit na mahal niya ang kanyang sarili more than kay Lord!
So the one that prevents me from giving in to temptation
is not my love for my wife but my greater love for God.

More than my love for my wife..
It is my love for God that prevents me from doing the unthinkable.
It is my love for God that makes me more understanding and patient with my wife’s mood swing.
It is my love for God that teaches me how to forgive and overcome an offense.
It is my love for God that makes me willing to pay the credit card billing, even if I wasn’t the one who spent it.
Without God in the picture of our marriage,
I can assure you, our marriage now will be a total disaster.
Because I know for a fact that apart from God, we can do nothing!
