When Should We Quit?

PLAN A DOESNT WORK OUT YOU STILL HAVE B TO Z

Natanong mo na ba minsan sa sarili mo kung kailan ba yung tamang panahon para mag give up? Naiisip mo ba kung ano ba ang mga senyales o hudyat na nagsasabing itigil mo na ang gusto mo mangyari sa buhay mo?

???Naka-tatlong attempt na ako mag apply diyan, titigil na ako baka naman hindi para sa akin yun.???

???Lagi na lang nalulugi yung mga sinisimulan kong business. Sign ba to na huwag ko na ipush ang pagiging entrepreneur????

???Hirap na hirap na ako sa trabaho hindi naman ako napo-promote. Mag-resign na kaya ako????

There are times when we feel hopeless kapag hindi natin nakakamit yung mga gusto natin. Kadalasan tuloy, our only option is to quit. To QUIT in the sense na:

  • Kapag napagod, susuko na.
  • Kapag napagalitan, resign.
  • Kapag naiinip, aatras na sa laban.
  • Kapag nawalan ng pasensya, magwa-walk out sa problema.

Kung ang pag quit lang parati ang solusyon mo sa problema, mahihirapan kang maabot ang iyong mga pangarap.

Bakit? Kasi sinukuan mo na kaagad ito without maximizing all the possibilities.

Hindi naman porket hindi sumasangayon ang panahon sayo eh ibig sabihin hindi na tama ang tinatahak mong journey. Minsan, ito???y daan lamang para matuto tayo at mas maging handa sa mga bagay na haharapin pa natin.

When you feel like giving up, tandaan mo lang na:

YOU CAN STOP AND REST, BUT DON???T QUIT

Maaring napapagod ka lang because of all the pressure that you’re facing right now.

Maaring sabay sabay ang mga pangyayari sa pamilya, trabaho, and relationships kaya iniisip natin na sumuko nalang kasi we feel drained.

No. Don’t quit. Kailangan mo lang siguro huminto at magpahinga. Be good to yourself by giving yourself some time alone—pwedeng sa room mo lang, sa church, mall o kahit saan na walang kang iniintindi kundi ang sarili mo.

YOU CAN CHANGE WHAT YOU’RE DOING, BUT DON???T QUIT

Kapag may mga ginagawa tayo na paulit ulit pero hindi pa din tayo nagtatagumpay, hindi naman ito rason para sumuko. Maaring kailangan mo lang mag bago ng routine o strategy na tingin mong hindi mo pa nagagawa.

Mix and match the choices that you can think of para makuha mo ang right formula.

Halimbawa:

  • Ayaw mo na maghanap ng trabaho dahil tatlong beses ka na narereject sa kumpanya na gusto mo. Try other companies, but never stop looking for a job!
  • Ayaw mo na magtayo ng business kasi laging nalulugi. Change your product or your strategy, but never stop pursuing your dream business

At paano mo ito gagawin?

YOU CAN PAUSE, CHECK, AND RE-EVALUATE WHAT YOU’RE DOING, BUT DON???T QUIT

Tanungin mo ang sarili mo:
???Ano ano ba yung mga ginagawa ko ngayon na routine na lang????

???Saan kaya ako maaring nagkamali o nagkulang????

As you do this, mare-realize mo kung ano pang mga improvements ang pwede mong gawin o yun bang mga nalampasan mong options na pwede mong i-apply next time.
