WHEN RECEIVING A COMPLIMENT

WHEN A PERSON HELPS YOU

Say THANK YOU.
Inalalayan ka niya nung malungkot ka?
Say THANK YOU.
Pinahiram ka nung walang -wala ka?
Say THANK YOU.
Make it a habit na ito ang maging bukang bibig natin.
Why? To express our gratitude to them for the effort that they made for us.
WHEN RECEIVING CRITICISMS
(Photo from this Link)
Criticisms are meant to help improve a certain attitude, habit, or behavior.
Maaaring mali ang paraan ng pagkakasabi, but if we dig deeper, mapapasabi tayo ng “Oo nga noh.”
Halimbawa:
“Lagi ka na lang late.”
“Thank you ha. Aagahan ko na next time.”
“Thank you ah.

THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
- When was the last time you said THANK YOU?
- Papaano mapapadali para sa ’yo and pagsabi nito?
- Are you ready to be more grateful?
