Oh di ba? Parang may bago tayong pangalan?
I’m sure marami sa inyo ang stressed kaya curious
kayong basahin ang blog na ito.

Kahit anong iwas natin, nariyan talaga ang stress.
Hindi naman sila mawawala. Basta-basta na lang
susulpot kung minsan. Surprise!

So how can we handle stress? Paano ba natin ito
haharapin? Paano ba natin ito mapaghahandaan?
These are just some questions na tinatanong ko rin
sa sarili ko. Hahaha!

So these are the things which I actually discover on
handling stress.

JUST BREATHE. DO NOTHING.

Huh Chinkee? Do nothing? Hihinga lang ako then wala
na yung stress?

I know it sounds cliche to say just breathe. Hindi ko
naman sinasabi na mawawala ang problema or ang
stressor kapag huminga lang tayo. Naku how I wish!

Pero we need to take a deep breathe because it calms
our brain. At kapag kalmado na ang ating isipan, mas
makakapag-isip tayo nang maayos at makagagawa
nang mas mabuting desisyon.

We don’t want to be sorry dahil sa mga ginawa natin at
maling desisyon natin. Hindi naman pwede na bigla
na lang natin babawiin ang ating mga nagawa na.

And also try to find a time where you do nothing. As in
FREE from gadgets and work. Relax lang muna para
makapagpahinga rin ang ating isipan.

Another thing that we have to do is to

WATCH OUR DIET AND HOURS OF SLEEP

Okay alam kong kahit gusto n’yong matulog nang matagal
eh parang imposible na. Parang halos 5 oras lang ang
tulog araw-araw o kaya naman laging puyat.

So gawan talaga natin ng paraan. Talaga bang kailangan
umabot ng madaling araw bago ka makapag-isip ng
mga gagawin mo? O kaya naman matapos ito agad?

Baka may mga nakadi-disturb sa production mo.
Instead na work related ang gagawin mo ay nanonood
ka ng YouTube o kaya nagba-browse ng account.

So kung ganito, eliminate natin yung mga unnecessary
activities. We also need to lessen our caffeine intake.
Makababawas ito ng kaba at tension sa ating katawan.

Let’s start to eat more vegetables and fruits to help our
blood circulate and also drink plenty of water. Alam
naman natin ang mga ito. We just have to be reminded.

TRAIN OUR BRAIN AND EXERCISE

“Huh? Train daw yung brain? Paano yun?”

There are also activities or board games that will help
our memory. Nandyan din ang Yoga para naman mas
maging kalmado tayo at ang ating isipan.

Kung sa tingin mo wala kang oras para gawin ito o
kaya naman gastos pa para sa sessions, pwede
namang makinig lang tayo ng jazz or calming music.

Habang natutulog tayo o kaya kapag wala tayong
ginagawa. Kahit isang oras lang na meditation
just to feel our body, our breath and the nature.

We have to find time to take care of ourselves. We
owe this to our body. Ayaw naman nating magkasakit
o kaya maging mahina ang ating pangangatawan.

Kaya dapat alagaan natin ang ating isipan at
maghanap ng oras para sa ating sarili. Hindi lamang
ito para sa atin kundi para sa mga taong mahal natin.
