Anything that consumes our valuable time and distracts us from doing the more important things in life are considered addictions. Isa pa, if hindi ka na maka-function properly without that something then chances are addicted ka na nga dun.

Kapag adik ka sa isang bagay, feeling mo ikamamatay mo pag hindi mo ito nagawa sa isang araw. Naging DEPENDENT ka na dun at naging parte na yun ng iyong buhay. Actually, hindi nga lang parte kundi yun na ang buhay mo.

ADMIT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
You can never overcome an addiction kung IN DENIAL ka na problema ang iyong bisyo na ito.
Be HONEST with yourself and to your loved ones kung ano ang pinagdadaanan mo.
Hindi ka matutulungan na ma-overcome ang addiction kung hindi ka AMINADO. Kasi sa sarili mo magsisimula ang pagbabago at hindi sa ibang tao.
Huwag kang matakot sa kung anong sasabihin ng tao about your addiction. I’m sure that the people around you are MORE THAN WILLING to help you.

BELIEVE YOU CAN GET OUT OF YOUR ADDICTION
Gaya nga ng sabi ko, sa iyo magsisimula ang pagbabago. Kaya dapat IKAW MISMO ay NANINIWALA na kaya mong MA-OVERCOME ang addiction mo.
Malamang mararamdaman mo na imposible yun at masyadong mahirap para maging successful ka. Pero wag kang MAGPADALA sa nararamdaman mo. Do it.
Ganito na lang isipin mo. WALANG IPINANGANAK NA ADIK.
Walang pa akong nakitang adik na sanggol.
May nakita na ba kayong sanggol pa lamang, marunong na tumoma, manigarilyo, at gumamit ng bawal na gamot.
Naalala mo pa ba ang buhay mo bago ka nalulong sa bisyo? Kinaya mo naman mabuhay na hindi dependent sa bagay kung saan ka adik, diba?
Kaya kung kinaya mo dati, KAKAYANIN mo din ngayon. All you need to do is to BELIEVE because what you believe in life becomes the truth.
