MINSAN, NAKAKAPAGOD DIN PALANG MAG-ADVICE

Naranasan mo na bang sumuko sa ibang tao?
Yung madalas silang lumapit sa atin para humingi ng advice,
but it always end to nothing dahil ang mga advice natin
ay hindi rin pala nila naisa-puso at isip.

Kahit na anong iyak at hiling ng iba
ng isang maginhawa at matagumpay na buhay,
pero hindi naman natututong magpakumbaba at magpaturo
ay walang magandang mangyayari.

LET THEM REALIZE THE CAUSE AND EFFECT

Sometimes, giving advice won’t work to a close-minded person.
Kahit pa ilang beses tayong paulit-ulit na magpayo,
kung ang taong kausap natin ay hindi pa handang makinig
at mag-bukas ng isip at puso sa mga sinasabi natin
ay mahihirapan pa rin tayong ipaintindi ang tama at mali.

Isa sa pinaka-effective ways na gawin ay ang makinig.
Kadalasan sa ating pakikinig while they go on talking,
let them process some solutions in their current situation.
Let’s just speak out what’s in our mind. No holding back,
no pre-judgement. Just plain speaking or sharing. We can also throw them questions that will lead them to self-realization.

DON’T GIVE UP ENCOURAGING

Never giving up to encourage someone
may take a lot of time and effort,
but it is always worth the sweat and words.
It might be na yung taong in-encourage natin ngayon
seems walang pakialam as we can see dahil walang response, but lingid sa kaalaman natin, malaking bagay
pala sa kanila ang naipayo natin.
There are just people who respond less but appreciates more.

Kaya’t kung sa tingin natin ay walang patutunguhan
ang ating pag-e-encourage sa kanila,
let us not give up to encourage
lalo na kung Word coming from the Bible.
If there is a quote or wisdom that is proven to be more powerful, it is the Word.
Sabi nga, it is a double-edged sword that can pierce hearts. So let us make sure to keep our perseverance.
Everything is made beautiful in His time.

BE A GOOD ROLE MODEL

I still believe that testimonies
are one of the most powerful teaching materials.
It allows other people to realize how God works on their
behalf despite their circumstances.
Being a good role model of Christian values allows people to learn life skills that they need.

One good example is humility and having a teachable heart. If we want to influence people to have a life of abundance and success, we, ourselves, must become living testimonies.

Let them see and realize that success starts from within us. We must help ourselves to become better before we help others.
