Nakakainis Mainis

Madali ka bang mainis?
Naiinis ka ba sa mga ibang tao na mabagal at hindi marunong sumunod sa instructions?

O naiinis ka na ba sa sarili mo, dahil sa napakadali mong mainis?

May kanya-kanya tayong dahilan kung bakit tayo naiinis. Pwedeng naiinis tayo dahil hindi nangyari yung inaasahan nating mangyari; naiinis tayo sa ugali at asal ng mga tao sa paligid natin (kapamilya, kaibigan, katrabaho, kapitbahay, etc.); naiinis tayo sa mga kaganapan sa paligid natin gaya ng matinding traffic, mahabang pila, maruming bahay, malilikot at maiingay na mga anak at kung ano-ano pa.

Lahat tayo ay nakaramdam na ng pagkainis. Walang tao ang makapagsasabing never siyang nainis sa buong buhay nya. Ibig lang sabihin nito ang mainis ay isang normal na pakiramdam. Pero ang pagiging mainisin ay hindi. Bakit? Dahil at the end of the day, may choice tayo kung anong gagawin natin sa inis natin. Pwede nating itong patulan at alagaan, palalain at gawing issue, o pwede natin itong palagpasin na lamang. Nasa sa atin ang desisyon.

Kapag hindi natin inagapan ang inis maaari itong mauwi sa stress, galit, insecurity o di kaya’y bitterness sa atin. Kaya mahalaga na malaman natin kung paano aawatin ang sarili natin sa pagiging mainisin. Iniisip mo ba kung ano ang mga pwede mong gawin para maiwasan ang pagiging mainisin? Ito ang ilan sa mga pwede nating gawin:

MAINTAIN A POSITIVE OUTLOOK
Learn to look at things from a different perspective. Bago tayo tuluyang mainis, let’s try to look at the brighter side. Halimbawa, naiinis ka sa Boss mong palautos at demanding. Isipin mo nalang na mapalad ka pa nga at hindi ka kabilang sa milyon-milyong Pilipino na nagkakandarapa sa paghahanap ng trabaho. Lagi nating hanapin ang positive at magandang bagay sa pinagdadaanan natin kahit ba feeling natin e puro negative ang nangyayari. If we always think positively, I’m sure walang puwang ang inis sa atin.

TAKE A BREAK
We all need a break or a breather. Minsan kailangan lang nating huminto at huminga ng malalim. Bago natin pasabugin ang bonggang bonggang inis natin, huminga muna tayo ng malalim at isipin natin ang maaaring maging long-term effect nito. Huwag magpadalos-dalos sa pagre-react. Hinga-hinga ng malalim pag may time. Kalmahin natin ang ating sarili, aliwin rin kung kinakailangan. (Mag-COC ka muna o manood ng Kalye-Serye). Kapag napalipas na ang inis natin at na-deal na ito sa sarili natin, tsaka tayo mag-react, tsaka tayo magsalita, tsaka tayo mag-decide.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE
May kasabihan nga tayong, “Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who you are”. Kapag ang mga lagi nating kasama ay mga taong mainisin, mareklamo, magagalitin, mapag-gawa ng issue, pala-pintas at ungrateful, hindi malayong maging ganun din tayo. Negativity is highly contagious.

On the other hand, kapag surrounded naman tayo ng mga taong may self-control, joyful, thankful, kalmado at positive, then chances are ganun din tayo. Nakakahawa din ang positivity. Kaya instead of spreading bad vibes, choose to spread good vibes! Tayo rin ang lugi kapag lagi tayong naiinis. Imbis na nae-enjoy natin ang buhay ay nauubos at nasasayang lang ang energy at time natin sa mga bagay na pwede namang huwag nalang kainisan.
