Marami tayong gustong simulan o baguhin
sa ginagawa natin, halimbawa sa ating routine. Bakit kaya minsan
parang ang hirap laging simulan ang mga ito?
Naranasan n’yo rin ba na sabihin sa sarili ninyo na:
“Sa weekend sisimulan ko na mag-jogging.”
“Sa Monday, sisimulan ko na yung project namin.”
And then dumaan na ang weekend, and Lunes, pati ang
sumunod na Lunes, hanggang umabot na ng isang buwan
at hindi pa rin nasisimulan ang plano na gagawin?
Let me share some ways on how to avoid procrastination.
SET THE DEADLIEST DEADLINE
Kapag palapit na ang deadline, parang may biglang nagigising sa utak na nagiging trigger para gumalaw… pero ang tawag dito ay cramming.
However, mas mahirap magkaroon ng bagong routine
lalo na kung wala namang deadline. Maiisip na lang
lagi na “saka na” o kaya naman ay “mamaya na.”
So have the power to set the deadline. As in kailangan
ay matapos natin or ma-achieve natin ito sa takdang
oras kasi kung hindi we will be punished. Haha!
Imagine kung lagi na lang natin sasabihin na sa
susunod na sahod na lang tayo mag-iipon, pero at the end
of the year ay wala pa rin tayong ipon, oh di ba problema yun?
So hindi lang kailangan boss natin o kaya ibang tao ang
magse-set ng deadline para sa goals natin sa buhay. Dapat
tayo mismo dahil mas masarap na pakiramdam ito.
It’s something that we can be proud of ourselves. So
REWARD YOURSELF OF SOMETHING
Yes. Kahit simple lang na treat. Para mas motivated din
tayo na gawin ito uli or subukan ang ibang bagay na mas
makatutulong sa atin to improve and to develop ourselves.
Natapos mo ang pag-aayos ng kwarto mo, instead na after
one week, nagawa mong tapusin within three days. Then you can have plenty of time to rest or to spend more time with your family.
It’s a discipline. Kung nakahanap ka agad ng work, instead
na after a month pa, nakapag-start ka agad just after you graduated
then you have more time to save and more money for your future.
Remember, you do these things and avoid procrastination
not just because you have read this blog or dahil lang may
nakapagsabi sa ‘yo. You do this because it is best for you.
Not only you will learn to develop yourself but you may also
inspire others to do better. At wala nang mas fulfilling pa
kundi ang makitang may ibang tao tayong natutulungan.
We can also encourage others. We
HELP OTHERS TO INSPIRE OTHERS
It’s like a domino effect. If you help one, help them also to
help others, inspire others and improve other’s lives. It’s
like spreading good vibes. It will also help us to do more.
Kapag nasimulan na natin makapag-ipon at mas gumanda
ang ating buhay, we can also help people around us to
inspire them and then gaganda rin ang buhay nila.
Pero kung laging mamaya na lang ang peg natin, naku
lagi na lang tayo magmamadaling habulin ang deadlines
natin, laging stress at laging mainit ang ulo.
Ito ba ang nararanasan mo ngayon? O may kakilala ka ba
na ganito ang nangyayari? Maybe it’s about time to start
doing things right away or give them advise to begin with.
Mahirap na makita o ma-realize na lang natin
na wala na, huli na ang lahat. Ang mga dapat aksyunan
ngayon ay kailangan na nating simulan ngayon.
