“Mali na naman? Hindi na pwede ‘yan!”
“Wala ka na bang nagawang tama?”
“Kailan ka ba matututo?”
Ever heard this from a boss, a friend or someone we know?
Agahan, tanghalian, meryenda at hapunan.
Alam n’yo, three of the greatest lessons I learned from this are…
TURN MISTAKES INTO LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
The truth is, okay lang talaga magkamali.
Do we respond by blaming those who pointed our mistakes?
Do we choose to be teachable rather than keep our pride firm?
O tayo yung tipo na we see and turn mistakes to opportunities?Opportunities to respond in kindness, in humility, patience and gentleness.
Yung tipo na we choose to understand rather than complain
and point back to people who accuse us.
MAKE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS
isipin natin na they are instruments to prune our character.
To improve the way we deal with people and handle an organization.
In one way or another, some people’s mindset helps us to be more flexible.
This allows us to improve and become a better person.
baka isa rin iyong paalala to always be excellent in everything we do.
We must also accept na minsan yung excellent na para sa atin
ay kulang pa pala sa iba, and that’s okay.
We cannot please all people kahit anong gawin natin.
But let us not neglect to make room for improvement|sa bawat pagkakamali, at higit sa lahat ay…
DON’T DWELL ON THE NEGATIVES, ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE!
Sasabihin ko ulit, everything starts in the mind.
baka ito na yung panahon to give it a try to think positive.
Yung tipong parang pasan ang buong mundo pag-uwi from work?
Let us not forget to filter everything we hear.
makatutulong ba ito sa atin to have a positive and good mindset?
Lalo na sa pagtatrabaho, dealing with people and working on our careers?
