Huwag Mong Hintayin Ang Tagumpay

HUWAG MONG HINTAYIN ANG TAGUMPAY DAHIL WALANG MANGYAYARI SA MGA TAONG AYAW GUMALAW

Hinihintay mo ba kung kailan darating ang big break mo?
Naiinip ka na bang makamtan ang tagumpay sa iyong buhay?
May mga ginagawa ka ba to meet your goal na maging successful?

There are times na gusto natin maging successful overnight.
May mga pagkakataon na napapagod ka na sa kakatrabaho.
Napapagod na tayo sa paghihintay at tayo ay nahihirapan.

Lahat ng mga successful na tao ay naghihintay ng tagumpay, instead they work really hard to achieve it. Nagsumikap sila para makamtan ang inaasam nilang tagumpay. Nagsakripisyo sila, naghirap, nagtiis.

Allow me to share with you some tips para di ka mapagod at mainip sa kahihintay:

WORK TOWARDS YOUR GOAL

Ang salitang “work” sa unang punto ko ay verb or action word. Ang ibig sabihin nito ay dapat kumilos ka para ma-achieve mo ang goal mo na maging successful.

Hindi pwedeng iasa sa paghinintay, na wala kang gagawin at ikaw ay magtagumpay.
Hindi pwedeng iasa mo rin sa ibang tao at magpapaka-sarap ka lang sa isang tabi.
Hindi rin pwedeng puro isip ka na lang ng isip or puro analysis ka lang. Hindi pwedeng puro salita na lang at walang gawa.

You need to GET UP and DO something to achieve your goal.

Parang sasakyan lang yan. Kung ang isang sasakyan ay hindi aandar, hindi ito makakapunta sa paroroonan. Ganoon ka din. Hindi ka makakarating sa goal mo unless you work and move into action.

TAKE SMALL REALISTIC STEPS TOWARDS YOUR GOAL

Minsan, kaya tayo hindi nakakakilos ay dahil nagse-set agad tayo ng high standards or big steps. So we end up being overwhelmed and frustrated. It is ok to THINK BIG, but be willing to START SMALL. Taking small realistic steps towards our goals is easier and more achievable.

Halimbawa, kung gusto mong maging triathlete, hindi pwedeng first day mo pa lang ay sasabak ka na agad sa 3.8K swim, 180K bike, at 42.195K run.

You have to train muna and start small. You can train every other day doing 3K na run, then alternating it with a 10K na bike sa days na di ka tumatakbo. Then you can swim 1K on weekends.

Just don’t do everything at once dahil if anything, di ka magtatagumpay as a triathlete kung ganon ang gagawin mo because sooner or later your body will break down dahil nabigla siya sa training.

Ganon din sa ibang goals natin. We have to be reminded that we are not superheros. Hindi natin kaya to do everything at once. We need to take small realistic steps to achieve our goals.

Ang journey patungo sa success ay puno ng gawa, hindi lang ng pag-iisip at pagsasalita. At kinakailangan na may magawa tayong maliliit na hakbang na makatotohanan at makabuluhan para marating natin ang rurok ng tagumpay.

THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.

Ang tagumpay ay hindi hinihintay. Tina-trabaho yan.
Paano? Sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng maliliit na hakbang na makatotohanan at makabuluhan patungo sa tagumpay na ating inaasam.
