Kayang kaya din nating maging positibo sa mga nangyayari. You know why? Because we have control with our emotions.
Instead of saying mean things which will only cause more stress at makakasira lang sa araw natin, lawakan na lang natin ang ating pang-unawa and look for a solution kaysa maubos lang ang oras natin being negative.
Tandaan niyo, we always have a choice—choose to be positive!
SAY NO TO GOSSIP
When everyone is gossiping, the environment becomes toxic and stressful because it???s creating negative vibes. May nadinig na ba kayong chismis na hindi nakakasakit o nakaka-agrabyado ng kapwa? Wala pa naman hindi ba?
???Uy alam mo ba na-promote lang naman si ____ dahil sipsip eh.???
Even if it maybe true? Alam niyo yang chismis, lason sa samahan iyan eh.
Imbis na makisama, keep quiet and walk away or just change the topic.
BE A TEAM PLAYER
Bakit ba mabigat ang loob natin?
Dahil lagi nalang siya ang napapansin at napupuri?
Hindi tayo nabigyan ng credit after days of sleepless nights?
Don???t stress yourself. Hindi naman ito labanan ng kung sino ang mas magaling o mas matalino. As long as it gets the job done, it does not really matter who gets the credit, remember that you???re a team!
It???s all about learning how to give and take.
