Kung inaamin mong nakakasanayan mo na ang pagrereklamo at gusto mo itong mabawasan, here are three simple steps:
THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK
Ask yourself these questions before you start ranting:
Will complaining help ease the situation?
Could I say something positive to offset my desire to complain?
Should I just keep my mouth shut, since I have nothing nice/good to say?
How would others feel when they hear my complaints?
Will complaining solve my problems?
We should be quick to listen and slow to speak. Most of the time, nauunahan lang tayo lagi ng ating mga bibig. Let’s make it a habit to pause and listen before we talk.
CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
Most of the time, it’s all a matter of perspective. Instead of complaining, let’s just look for opportunities to be grateful.
CHECK THE CONDITION OF YOUR HEART
For us to have a well-conditioned heart, we need to ask God to change and clean it. Hindi masamang humingi ng tulong sa Diyos. If we have heart issues, Siya lang ang katangi-tanging makakatulong sa atin.
Only He knows how and why things happen because He is our creator.
Life is too short to complain. There are so many things to be thankful for. Let us stop ranting and choose to always have gratitude in our hearts, instead.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Mahilig ka bang mag-complain?
Ano ang madalas mong nirereklamo?
Have you asked God to help you stop complaining?
