na pwedeng makapagdulot ng sakit sa atin
ay ilan sa mga bagay na dapat iwasan.

Sabi nga nila, ang lahat ng sobra ay masama.
Kung kulang ay hindi rin naman tama.

Ngayon adobong baboy,
mamayang hapunan isaw ng manok with suka,
bukas plano naman mag pizza with friends sa tanghali,
snack yung kwek-kwek at fishballs sa kanto,
then buffer dinner naman with family.

Nako, baka sa ospital tayo dalin niyan
kapag inaraw araw natin ang mga pagkaing
hindi gaano masustansya. 

Okay lang yung minsanan 
pero wag naman natin araw-arawin. 
Baka mas malaki pa gastusin natin,
kapag hindi tayo nag kontrol ng kinakain.

Pag gising sa umaga, mag inat-inat
mag jumping jacks, lakad sa kalsada, 
jumping rope, o kaya simpleng floor exercise lang
para matagtag ang mga pinagkakakain at para
hindi lang tayo parati nakaupo sa trabaho. 

“Nakakatamad kumilos!”
“Ang lamig today, masarap humilata”
“Wala na akong oras para diyan”

Gawan ng oras yan.
Kung ang trabaho o pag so-social media
ay nabibigyan natin ng oras, ito pa kaya?

Hindi natin dapat ipawalangbahala ito.
Maaaring ngayon, wala tayo nararamdaman
pero sooner or later, ayaw naman natin na bawian tayo.
