Sometimes, it’s easy for us to pin the blame on others o sa sitwasyong kinalalagyan.
Akala natin trabaho, pera, o mga kasama sa trabaho ang problema kaya hindi natin naabot ang pangarap natin, yun pala, natatagpuan din minsan sa sarili natin.
For a change subukan nating suriin ang ating mga negative o bad habits na maaring humahadlang sa ating pag-asenso.

Kapag gusto mag-business, ano unang pumapasok sa isip natin?
“Baka hindi ako kumita.”
“Dami kong ka-kumpitensya.”
“Malulugi lang ako.”
We focus more on the PROBLEMS rather than the solution.
In order to succeed, we must focus on affirmations, na kung kaya nila, kaya din natin dahil walang imposible.

Tamad-tamaran.
Feeling natin parati madami pang oras para sa mga dapat nating gawin.
To be honest, I was glued on the tv before kaya wala ako natatapos. Dito ko narealize na wala pala ako mapapala dito.
Hindi naman kasi mawawala ang distractions.
Kaya this shouldn’t be an excuse to make something wait.
Finish what you can TODAY.
Hindi mamaya.
Hindi bukas
…kundi ngayon na dahil hindi tayo hihintayin ng oportunidad, pag nawala yan, baka hindi na maulit.
ENVY
Inggit.
This includes the habit of comparing or the habit of looking for something that we don’t have.
Hindi natin namamalayan nasasayang ang panahon natin sa kaka-kumpara ng buhay natin sa iba.
Insecurity lang ang kahihinatnan niyan.
Sa halip, let’s be appreciative of what we have.
Kung may inaasam pa, pagsikapan.
RESISTING CHANGE
No one can stop this.
Sa ayaw man natin o sa gusto, this will happen.
Lahat nagbabago mapa gadget, itsura, career, o emosyon pa yan and there’s nothing we can do about it.
Sabi nga, the only constant thing in this world is change.
So sinong mag-a-adjust?
Dapat TAYO.
Instead of resisting, we need to embrace the changes, embrace the journey, and embrace what we can learn from it.
