NEVER ALLOW NEGATIVE THINGS TO RUIN THE GOOD THINGS THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR LIFE

Naranasan mo na ba yung parang ang malas malas mo sa buhay? Yung para bang sabay sabay ang dagok sa buhay mo o di kaya???y sunod sunod?

Halimbawa:

  • Di ka na nga natanggap sa trabaho, ninakawan ka pa ng cellphone.
  • Hindi nag alarm ang telepono mo kaya na late ka na, natanggal ka pa.
  • Pangatlong attempt mo na mag business, lugi na naman.

Minsan talaga ay may mga pagkakataong parang ayaw sumangayon sa atin ang kapalaran. Nagpupursigi ka naman, ginagawa mo naman ang tingin mong tama, at todo sa pag-exert ng effort pero ang ilap pa rin sayo ng suwerte. Feeling mo na talaga na kakambal mo ang malas!

Dito tuloy lumalabas ang inggit, galit sa mundo at insecurities.

Ano bang mga dapat gawin kapag nararamdaman natin ang malas ang buhay natin?

APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE

???Paanong appreciate eh nawala na nga ang lahat sa akin????

Matanong kita, ang mga bagay na sinasabi mong wala o nawala sayo ay ngayon mo lang ba nakikita kung gaano kahalaga?

Ang ibig kong sabihin ay, the fact that you???re alive, breathing, able to see, hear, smell, or taste ay napaka swerte mo na. Hindi lahat ay nabibigyan ng opportunity kaya savor it as much as possible.

Habang may buhay, may pag asa! Bumangon ka.

LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SIDE

???Malas ko wala akong makitang trabaho???
???Malas ko talaga sa negosyo???
???Malas ko natambakan ako ng utang???

Kapatid, HINDI KA MALAS. Hindi kailanman malas ang taong nakaka-experience ng ganito. Siguro eh hindi mo pa panahon o maaring sinusubukan lang ang kakayahan mo.

Kahit gaano pa kabigat yan, meron at merong brighter side yan, you just need to identify it.

Example:

  • Unemployed = More time with family
  • Nagsara na business = New business idea na papatok
  • Nanakawan = At least di ka sinaktan

SPEND SOME TIME ALONE

Importante na magkaroon ka ng tinatawag na ???me time???. Ito yung kahit konting oras para sa sarili mo na kung saan pwede ka mag reflect at meditate about your life.

Isipin mo kung ano ba talaga gusto mo sa buhay, mga desisyon kung saan ka nagkamali, o mga pagbabago na gagawin para makabawi.

Hindi kasi natin ito magagawa when we are surrounded with people, noise, and distractions. Umalis ka sandali and give yourself a break.

STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVE PEOPLE

???Eh malas ka naman talaga???
???May balat ka ata???
???Hindi naman kasi bagay sayo yun???

There are times that we consider ourselves unlucky, hindi dahil sa yun talaga ang nararamdaman natin kundi na-trigger lang ng mga tao sa paligid natin.

???Siguro nga malas ako kasi sabi niya di talaga ako pinapalad sa mga ganito???

You are being brainwashed! Huwag mong hayaang i-manipulate ng iba ang pagiisip mo dahil kung ano ang tumatakbo sa isipan mo, yun din ang lalabas na resulta. Kaya stay away from these kinds of people.

DON’T FOCUS ON THE PROBLEM

Kung parati kang nagpi-pity party o yun bang wala ka ng ginawa kundi bilangin ang mga hindi magandang nangyayari sa buhay mo ngayon eh tiyak wala kang mararating. You’ll get stuck.

Imbis na ito ang pagtuunan mo, focus on the solution para makabawi ka. To overcome a past failure, you need to focus on a better solution.

Sabi nga, IF IT ISN’T WORKING, CHANGE IT!

THINK. REFLECT. REPLY.

Paano mo nasabing malas ka?
Sa ganitong pagkakataon, ano naman yung pwede mo ipagpasalamat?
Paano mo mababago ang way of thinking mo?
