Diet Pa More!


KUNG NAGBAGO ANG MINDSET MO MAGBABAGO ANG BUHAY MO

Lechong kawali, kare-kare, bulalo, sisig, chopsuey, inihaw na bangus, crispy pata, ginataang alimasag, adobong baboy, nilagang baka, lechon cebu, chicken inasal, malamig na sago’t gulaman, halo-halo espesyal at isang kaldero ng mainit na kanin!

Ginutom ka ba? Ang sarap diba? Marami pa akong hindi nabanggit dyan. Baka kapag ipinagpatuloy ko pa ito baka tumulo na ang laway mo sa gutom!

BAKIT NGA BA ANG SARAP-SARAP KUMAIN?

Well, ang galing ng Dios at binigyan Niya tayo ng panlasa kaya naman we find pleasure in eating. Pero kung ito naman ay napapasobra, ito ay napapasama. Lalo na sa pagdagdag ng ating timbang.

Ang magpapayat na ata ang isa sa pinakamahirap gawin, lalo na ng iba sa atin na may nakasanayan nang eating habit. Ika nga e, kanin pa lang ulam na! Pero di natin alam na may epekto din ito sa ating kalusugan kapag hindi tayo nag-ingat sa pagkain.

Kung ikaw ay may planong mag-diet, huwag na lang.
“Bakit naman?”

DIET DOES NOT WORK, THERE MUST BE A CHANGE OF LIFESTYLE.

You heard it right! ‘Diet’ is not the key on losing weight, changing your lifestyle is. Walang silbi ang pa-diet-diet natin kung hindi rin tayo magpapalit ng lifestyle. Kailangan din nating baguhin ang ating pamumuhay. Paano ka mage-exercise kung lagi kang puyat sa kakalaro sa gadget mo? Paano ka makakain ng healthy kung tamad ka magluto at maghanda ng masustansyang pagkain? Puro fastfood nalang at instant food ang kinakain mo. We need to change the way we eat and not just our diet so we can achieve our goal to lose weight.

BUT changing of lifestyle starts with the change of mind. It all starts in the mind. Kailangan sa isip pa lang natin ay decided na tayo at committed na sa goal natin na mag-lose ng weight. Dahil kung ano ang laman ng isip natin, yun ang gagawin natin.
Kung hindi magbabago ang ating pananaw ay walang mangyayaring pagbabago.
