How to get out of depression?

Kumusta ka naman ngayon kapatid? Ikaw ba ay masaya o may mga pinagdadaanan ka ngayong trials o challenges na ikinalulungkot mo?

Feeling mo ba that life is against you and life is unfair!
“Bakit pa sa akin nangyari ang mga ito?”
“Nahihirapan na nga akong bumangon may bagong pagsubok na naman.”
“Hindi naman ito ang plano ko ah. Nadidinig pa kaya ang mga dasal ko?”

Ito yung mga panahon na malimit kang malungkot, di makatulog sa kakaisip, parating nag-alalala at para bang wala kang gana salubungin ang mga sumunod na araw, linggo, buwan, o taon.

Kung pinagdadaanan mo na ang mga ito, ikaw na ay dumadaan na sa…

DEPRESSION
This is a battle that most people find difficult to escape. Bakit? Well baka kasi hindi mo alam na depressed ka and you keep on dwelling on the same problem over and over again. We often feel negative about it pero hindi din naman tayo humahanap ng solusyon para makawala sa ganitong pakiramdam.
Nakakapagod maging depressed araw-araw. Okay lang sana kung panandalian lang ito, but if it???s already pulling you away from opportunities, happiness, and chances to become a better person, then talagang hindi na ito nakakabuti para sa iyo.

So, gusto mo na ba makalaya? Tapusin mo ang pagbabasa ng blog na ito.

ADMIT THAT YOU ARE DEPRESSED???
Likas na siguro sa atin yung pinipilit patatagin ang sarili kahit na hindi naman na natin kaya. Sinasa-alangala kasi natin ang mga taong maapektuhan pati na din ang ating trabaho.

Kung tatanungin siguro natin ang kahit sino ng “Kamusta ka?” Tiyak ang isasagot ay “Okay naman ako”
Ang una mong kailangang gawin eh aminin sa sarili mo na depressed ka. Kasi kung patuloy mo ito pagtatakpan, lalaki lang nang lalaki ito hanggang sa mahirapan kang umahon. Aminin mo na at this point na weak ka at kailangan mo ng tulong ng iba. Alalahanin mo na hindi kabawasan sa iyo ang pag amin, kundi, paraan para ma-solve ang problema mo.

AVOID NEGATIVE THINKING???Hindi naman masisisi kung negative ka mag-isip sa mga oras na ito. It???s understandable dahil may mga hindi magandang nangyari sayo.
Pero dahil negative na ang nangyari sayo, huwag mo na pahabain at palalimin pa ito by throwing more and more negative thoughts.
Halimbawa, natanggal ka sa trabaho (negative), huwag mong isipin na hindi ka na makakahanap muli ng wotk (negative), but instead, work towards the positive side by saying and believing na: “Makakahanap din ako ng trabaho!” or “God has better plans for me”

START READING A GOOD BOOK
???Feed your mind and soul with something that will help you be inspired and motivated— and a good book can make it happen dahil sabi nga, books can bring you to a different world and can change one???s outlook in life.
