ONE BUSINESS AT A TIME

Minsan, sa kagustuhan nating kumita ng mas malaki, pinipilit nating pagsabay-sabayin ang ating mga binebenta maski hindi naman related sa isa’t isa. 

 

Monday, pang paganda ang binebenta.

Tuesday, vitamins.

Wednesday, pagkain.

 

Thinking kasi natin, the more products we have on hand, the more customers that we will have.

 

While  offering them a wide array of products, hindi naman ito maco-convert into bigger revenues just because madami at iba’t-iba ang binebenta natin.

 

Mali po ito. We need to keep in mind na kapag mala-chopsuey ang ating strategy sa pagbebenta, hindi malayong maging ganito ang eksena..

Para kasi tayong namamangka sa dalawang ilog sa ganitong sistema.

 

Mahihirapan ang clients and customers to take us seriously lalo na kung mismong tayo, pabago-bago ang tinatangkilik padating sa mga produkto natin.

 

Para bang:

“Effective ito PERO okay din ito.”

“Try mo ito PERO samahan mo na din nito.”

 

Ano ba talaga, Kuya?

 

WE MIGHT LOSE FOCUS

It will be hard to market something that we don’t have focus on because one thing might not be applicable to the other.

Kung baga half-baked o hilaw lahat.

Hindi completely na-develop or tipong minadali. 

 

Iba pa rin ang value of just focusing on just one product or category.

It clearly defines kasi the identity, specialization and equity of our business. 

 

This will also  allow us to introduce strategies and improvements na naka-tuon lang  doon.

 

Klaro ang direction.

Walang distraction.

 

Kung napalaki na natin ang ating business at stable enough na ito stand on its own, saka tayo…

Again, walang masama magkaron ng multiple businesses.

Ang importante muna is to build one at a time before we proceed with the next.

 

Give it some time to grow, improve, and earn para walang mapabayaan.
