Marami ang nagtatanong sa akin kung paano nga ba makipag-usap sa isang client o prospect?

Syempre, mahalaga kung paano natin ipe-present ang sarili natin sa ating client. Kasama na rin dito yung suot natin at ang tindig natin. Higit sa lahat ay ang ating pakikipag-usap.

In this blog I want to share with you the three P’s na kailangan inaalam natin at pinag-iisipan natin. Ito rin ang kailangan isaalang-alang upang maging successful ang ating business.

PROBLEM

“Chinkee naman, paano naman magiging successful kung problema ang pag-uusapan?”

Mga friendship, yan talaga ang malupit na sekreto dun! Anong point ng product or ng service natin kung wala namang problem ang kausap natin.

Imagine, magtitinda tayo ng gamot eh yung kausap natin wala namang sakit. Sa tingin n’yo ba bibili s’ya ng gamot?

Ok may possibility na bibili sila ng stock for emergency pero mas malaki ang chance na hindi sila bibili. So nasayang lang ang oras natin dito. Kaya mahalagang kilala natin ang ating client.

Ang susunod naman ay ang

PLAN

Ngayong alam na natin ang pain point ng customer natin, sasabihin na natin ang plan natin.

Okay sa point na ito, hindi tayo magbibigay ng false hopes sa prospect natin. Ang ipapakita natin ay ang detailed proposal sa customer.

Mahalaga na alam ng customer natin kung anu-ano ang mangyayari at kung posible ba ang mga sinasabi natin. Dito natin sasabihin kung paano natin bibigyan ng solusyon ang kanilang problema.

Kaya mahalagang nakikinig tayo habang nagsasalita ang ating client.

Ang panghuli ay ang

PROCESS

Ito ang pinakamahalagang bahagi. Kasi sa puntong ito, nandito na ang series of actions na gagawin natin para maging tulay sa pagitan ng problema at solusyon.

Tayo ang magiging tulay para marating ng prospects natin ang gusto nilang outcome.
So this is how we win our customers. We don’t need to share our history and our achievements, kasi lahat naman ito ay makikita na sa internet or social media.

So ang kailangan na lang natin ipakita ay ang totoong solusyon at kung paano talaga tayo mag-handle ng ating mga customers.
