Are you expecting bills to be due any time soon?
Does the idea of meeting a due date make you feel anxious?
Feeling anxious for every due date becomes a norm,
especially if you don’t have enough funds.
As I often say it in my seminars,
“Some people are more anxious about the end of the month, compared to the end of the world.”
Just as paying bills is a part of our daily life,
we should also come to terms with the truth
that we weren’t born into this world to work,
pay bills and then expire.
There is more to life than just worrying about
how to pay our financial obligations.
If we are not prepared adequately to pay our dues, naturally,
it will make us feel anxious.
As a Wealth Coach, I would like to share with you
ways we can prevent this from happening.
Here are 5 reasons why we don’t have to fear bills payment due dates:
REASON #1: WE CAN CREATE A SCHEDULE.

Usually, it is easy to plot the due dates of our bills.
We need to be able to monitor them and
create an effective schedule in advanced.
That way, we can keep track of our expenses,
savings and budget that is inclusive of the bills we need to pay.
REASON #2: IT TEACHES US DISCIPLINE.

Paying bills takes a lot of personal DISCIPLINE.
We need to be disciplined enough to save and put aside
a certain amount from our regular income so that
we do not fall short when the due date arrives.
We should prioritize our need before our wants.
Instead of eating out, taking an unplanned vacation
or going to see a movie out of schedule,
consider that the amount of money you will spend
will highly likely compromise your budget.
Be firm and PRIORITIZE the payment of your bills.
REASON #3: WE CAN CONTROL THE COST.

If we want to pay minimal bills all we need to do
is control our usage of that particular utility.
If we do not want to be paying a huge amount of money
just so we can surf the Internet nonstop 24/7,
then maybe we need to settle for a plan that is
more practical and suited to our budget.
We should set a limit at all our spending budget
so that we won’t overspend.
In budgeting, you cannot spend the money you don’t have.
REASON #4: WE CAN AUTOMATE OUR UTILITIES PAYMENT.

One of the things I really hate doing
is lining up to pay our monthly utilities.
I just find it really boring and unproductive.
Imagine lining up for half an hour or an hour;
discounting the travel time and the stress of traffic.
That is reason why I chose to automate my utilities payment.
It is easy, simple, convenient and worry-free.
REASON #5: WE CAN EARN SOMETHING OUT OF IT.
