Humans are inherently selfish, kaya kung ano ang gusto natin, yun ang gusto nating masunod as much as possible.

The difference lies on how we respond sa mga pagkakataong naiinis tayo sa ibang tao.

Everyone is entitled to react or respond to situations according to what they feel.

Ang tanong, ano ba ang response mo – negative or positive?

It’s actually your CHOICE. Desisyon mo yan. Kung gusto mong mag-dwell sa kung gaano ka nainis sa isang tao, then do it. But let me share my insights kung paano ka pwedeng mag-respond in a positive way.

You have to accept the fact that people are all unique.

Tanggapin mo na yung kapatid mo ay may maluhong lifestyle di katulad mo na namumuhay within or even below your means.

The single most frustrating thing is to try to change others to be like you. Because it is impossible.

We also have the tendency to think na kung kaya mong gawin, kaya din ng iba. May napagawa ka na ba o nautusan na tao that it takes them two years bago matapos yung pinapagawa mo. Kung ikaw lang may time at gagawa, it will only take you two days to do it.

Doon tayo naiinis at napipikon.

But accept that they have limitations. You can only do so much on your part.

Aminin mo o hindi, you and I cannot control our future. As much as we plan and do the best we can, we just need to admit that we can only do so much.

This is where our FAITH comes in. Your relationship with God na dapat magtiwala tayo that GOD IS IN CONTROL, not us. HE HOLDS OUR FUTURE, not us. HE KNOWS BETTER than we do.

You cannot continue to live a lifestyle of inis dahil nakaka-stress yan!
