Have you tried pushing yourself to the limits? Yung kahit mahirap, madaming sakripisyo, at hindi ka sigurado kung ano ang mangyayari eh push ka pa rin ng push?
If you are going through this experience at this very moment, please read on, para sa iyo ito!
Alam mo ba, I believe that there is one thing that hinders people from succeeding and accomplishing extraordinary things. Ano ito? They give up noong malapit na sila mag-succeed. Sadly, some are not aware na kaunti na lang at yun na. Sayang lahat ng mga oras, pagod at effort na na-invest na niya in the past.
Don’t allow yourself to be a victim of the “ALMOST SUCCESS SYNDROME”.
“Kung ipinagpatuloy ko lang ito dati…”
“Kung sana or if only!”
“What if hindi ako umayaw?”
If you want to finish what you’ve started, here are some reminders…
BE WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE
Going that extra mile doesn’t have to be a big step.
I-push mo lang pa ng kaunti.
Instead na umuwi ka sa office ng 7pm, extend ka another hour.
Instead na you do 10 push ups, gawin mong 15 per set.
Instead na 10 times a day ka nag sa-sales call, why don’t you do it 15 times a day.
BE WILLING TO DO WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE NOT WILLING TO DO
A good example would be the movie of Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro called “The Intern”. Anne was the boss, and yes, Robert was the intern. To cut the story short, he observed this huge pile of unnecessary documents and other stuff na nakatambak lang sa lamesa, which actually irritates Anne.
For many months, nobody even tried to get rid of it—SO HE DID.
You see, these little things can make a huge impact.
Hindi mo kailangan pigilan ang sarili mo just because hindi ito ginagawa ng iba. Kung alam mong may magagawa ka, then go for it!
Ask yourself: “Ano pa kaya pwede ko maitulong sa company o sa department na hindi willing gawin ng iba dahil hindi nila job description?”
BE WILLING TO DO YOUR BEST AT ALL TIMES
Trying hard enough means from the time you start your work until the end, you’re always giving your best.
Alam na alam mo na wala kang tinirang abilidad at lakas na para magawa ang dapat mong gawin. Katulad ng pagsusulat ng blog na ito, kahit pagod na ako, go pa rin, push pa rin, and I know I am doing my best.
Alam mo na makakatulog ka ng mahimbing because nagawa mo ang lahat and you did not short-change yourself.
At you know na lahat ng effort mo ay magbubunga din sa tamang panahon!
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
What kind of person are you?
Anong tingin mong kulang for you to achieve a task?
Are you willing to go that extra mile?
