Ano Ang Gagawin Mo Kung Naiinis Ka?

WALANG MAGANDANG MAPAPALA KUNG PARATI NA LANG TAYO MAGPAPADALA SA INIS INIS TALO LANG

Hindi maubos-ubos ang mga dahilan para tayo ay mainis.
Hindi nasusunod at nangyayari ang gusto mo.
Parati na lang ikaw ang nakikita, nauutusan at napagiinitian.

Mahirap kausap at pakisamahan yung mga katrabaho mo.
Yung mabagal at mahabang pila sa MRT station.
At yung kasama na natin sa parte ng ating buhay, yung walang humpay na TRAFFIC.
Ngayon, hindi lang sa Edsa ang traffic, isama mo na pati yung Airline Traffic.

Iilan lang yan sa napakaraming dahilan ng pagkainis ng bawat isa sa atin.

Normal naman ang mainis, dahil ito ay isang natural response kapag tayo ay naagrabyado. Isa pa, ipinagkaloob sa atin ng Diyos ang emotion na mainis, dahil ito ay para kainisan yung mga maling bagay at pamamalakad sa mundo. Pero kung ito ay gagamitin natin sa maling paraan then hindi ito makakatulong sa atin at mabubuhay lang tayo sa pagka-inis at stress.

So what we need to do everytime na tayo ay naiinis is to . . .

PAUSE AND UNDERSTAND

Bago ka mainis sa katrabaho mo dahil panay ang kanyang reklamo, alamin mo kung ano ang UGAT ng ganung pag-uugali niya.

Malamang meron siyang pinagdadaanan na mabigat na suliranin at marami siyang extra na BAGAHE, kaya lahat ng lumalabas sa kanya ay puro sama ng loob.

When you find time to understand the person, mararamdaman niya yung CONCERN mo sa kanya. At kapag nangyari yun, you now have the OPPORTUNITY to influence that person positively.

And when we have a BETTER PERSPECTIVE of things, mas madali nang mapawi ang ating pagkainis.

Next thing that we need to do is to . . .

LET GO

Madalas, kaya tayo naiinis ay dahil nawawalan tayo ng CONTROL sa mga bagay bagay.

And that???s the REALITY. We really cannot control everything. We have LIMITATIONS.

Sa ngayon ay wala pa tayong magawa sa bigat ng daloy ng traffic, kaya HINDI MAKAKATULONG sa atin kung inuubos natin ang ating oras sa pagkainis sa traffic.

We have to LEARN to let go of the things that are BEYOND our control.

Just think of other things na pwede mong gawin that will be BENEFICIAL for you kahit naipit ka sa traffic.

Magdala ka ng reading or audio material sa bawat biyahe mo at basahin or pakinggan mo ito. O kaya naman kung may internet connection ka sa iyong phone ay kamustahin mo sa social media sites ang mga matagal mo nang hindi nakakausap na mga kaibigan. Pwede din na i-take mo yun as opportunities to reflect, dream or plan.

And finally, we have to . . .

BE APPRECIATIVE

Maiinis talaga tayo kung ang FOCUS natin ay yung mga negative na parte ng mga pangyayari sa ating buhay.

So for us not to live a life na laging iritable, kailangan matutunan natin na tingnan ang mga positibo at maging GRATEFUL sa mga ito.

Kung mabagal ang website ng airline at hindi makapag-book ng piso fare, huwag madala sa pagkainis. Instead, ipagpasalamat na may ganung promo na in-open for everyone. In the first place, hindi naman sila OBLIGADO na gawin yun di ba.

We just need to be PATIENT at kung hindi ma-avail ito, be grateful pa din sa pagkakataon na in-open para sa atin.

Ano ang mga bagay na nakakapagpainis sa iyo?
