Ang Tunay Na Mayaman Ay Marunong Magtipid

September 27, 2016 By Chinkee Tan

Sweldo = Gastos
Payday = Shopping
Kinsenas = One-Day Millionaire

Looks familiar?

THEY ARE MINDFUL OF SMALL SPENDINGS.

THEY THINK ALWAYS OF THE FUTURE.

Oo, madaling gumastos, madaling bumili kapag nasa harapan natin ang mga gusto nating bilhin. But with this cycle, we’re just enjoying the PRESENT – nganga naman pagdating sa FUTURE.

This is what rich people are trying to teach us. Ang focus natin dapat, nasa future – how we can be:

  • Financially-secured.
  • Debt-free.
  • Live the life that we deserve when we retire.

Sabi nga: “You can be young without money, but you can’t be old without it.”– Tennessee Williams

And this would only be possible kung ngayon pa lang, marunong na tayong magtipid at mag-ipon.

HINDI SILA PA-IMPRESS.

“Wow, ang ganda naman ng damit mo!”
“Grabe, ang yaman mo talaga!”
“Meron kang iPhone 7? OMG! Ikaw na!”

Masarap nga pakinggan…
…masakit naman sa bulsa.

“Eh may pera naman ako, ah?.”

Oo, may pera nga. Kaso, ang masama dito, we usually buy to impress. ‘Yung bumibili lang just to showcase or to prove to others and to ourselves that we can afford whatever we want.

In short, since gusto natin ng atensyon, tuloy-tuloy din ang gastos.

Ang tunay na mayaman, hindi kailangan magpakitang-tao. Instead, they are just silent, humble, and working on something ng patago to reach their goals. In other words, they are secure.

THEY SAVE BEFORE THEY SPEND.

Correct me if I’m wrong, pero this is what I have observed:

Salary – Expenses = Savings

Eh matanong ko sa inyo, what if walang natira? What if naubos lahat dahil nagamit na?

Rich people do the other way around. This is there money saving challenge…

Salary – Savings = Expenses

Mastering this technique will allow us to consistently save and make our money grow.

If we also acquire this saving habit, sigurado ako na payaman ka na – kung hindi man ngayon, BUKAS AT SA HINAHARAP. Keep it mind that saving makes money.

THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.

Napapagastos ka ba tuwing sahod?
Ano ang kadalasang kumakain sa pera mo?
How can you prioritize savings first before anything else?
