Ang bad habits ay parang mga anay. They are small and look harmless but in the long run it bring major damages. It makes the foundation weak. Bad habits hinder us from reaching our goals and dreams.
Bad habits is a MANIFESTATION of what is really happening in the inside.
And like I always say:
Negative Mindset + Negative Action = Negative Result
We should never expect good results out of a bad habit.
Kaya kung gusto natin maging successful, here are the five bad habits that we must stop doing:
STOP THINKING NEGATIVE
Syempre unang una ‘to sa listahan because negative thinking is the ROOT CAUSE why we act negatively.
If we really want to become successful, feed your thoughts with affirmations like these:
“Kung kinaya ng iba, kakayanin ko din!”
“Walang imposible sa tulong ni Lord!”
“I have a choice at pipiliin kong maging successful!”
With these kind of declarations, siguradong may makukuha tayong magandang resulta along the way.
STOP PROCRASTINATING
We get easily distracted.
Alam mo ba that we pick up our smart phone at least 150 times in a day, consciously or unconsciously.
Ang nangyayari tuloy, napapaliban yung mga mas importanteng gawain that will help you to reach success.
We have to SET PRIORITIES and be DISCIPLINED in accomplishing the tasks that are crucial for us to become successful.
STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS
Ok lang sana kung yung point of comparison mo is to learn from them.
Because the more you compare, the more you grow insecure.
So stop the comparison and LEARN TO APPRECIATE AND CELEBRATE your uniqueness.
STOP FIGHTING CHANGE
The only thing that is permanent in this world is change.
Ang edad natin, nababago kada araw. Ang emosyon natin, nagbabago din. Pati ang panahon, nagbabago bago rin.
Change is INEVITABLE. It is out of our control kung magkaroon ng pagbabago.
We will just be frustrated if we will resist change.
So just start embracing change and enjoy whatever we can learn from it.
STOP RUNNING AWAY FROM YOUR PROBLEMS
Avoiding it will not TRULY solve the problem.
So start facing them with hope, courage and faith. Problems are not endings, they are just part of the road you need to take to become truly successful.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
