Stay Calm
There’s a saying that goes, “You can’t fight fire with fire.” Don’t fuel them up to give you a whack again.
Don’t Blame Yourself
Blaming yourself for the cruelty of others is the worst torment.
Handle it Yourself First
It depends on how bad the bullying is, baka pag-isipan mo munang.
Block Them Out
As I always say in my seminar, “Stay away from negative people.”
Avoid them like a disease. Kung nasa FB or Twitter sila, panahon na sigurong i-unfriend or i-block mo sila.
Ask For Help
Talking to someone especially your family is important if you feel unsafe or frightened. Asking for help about your situation is not being weak or “giving in.” In fact, telling someone can take a lot of strength and courage.
Be Positive
Don’t ever ignore God’s help. Pray without ceasing. Always remember that God is not asleep. He sees you, hears you and can even feel your pains. Pray for your bashers and enemies. Ask God to touch the heart of those who cause you pain.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Ikaw ba ay nakaranas na ng pambubully? Sa trabaho ba? Sa School o sa social media?
Ano ang mga hakbang na ginawa mo?
Are you ignoring them or striving hard to prove that they’re wrong about you?
