Workout sa gym…check!

No meals after 6…check!

Eating small, frequent meals…check!

 

Pero bakit ganon? Wala pa ring pagbabago sa timbang natin pag-sampa naing sa weighing scale?

 

Saan kaya tayo nag-kukulang?

KULANG SA CONSISTENCY

Sa buhay natin, kapag walang consistency o yung bang hanggang umpisa lang tayo, eh talagang hindi natin mararating yung gusto natin o kung marating man, aabutin ng siyam siyam.

 

Halimbawa:

Sabi mo magiipon ka ng P1,000 every payday pero lagi mo nakakalimutan at nagagastos…

 

Minsan ganado magtrabaho, minsan tamad na tamad naman…

 

Mag-e-exercise dapat every morning pero mas pinipiling humilata at matulog most of the time.

 

COMPARISON

“Bakit siya may abs, ako tabs lang”

“Bakit siya toned, ako parang toneladang pagkain ang nilamon”

 

Anong mali dito? It’s the way we compare ourselves to those in the magazines or artists na napapanuod natin. Instead of making them our inspiration and motivation, lalo tayong nawawalan ng gana to push for our goal kasi we degrade ourselves.

 

It’s okay to compare and idolize pero dapat:

 

“KAYA KO din magka abs tulad niya!”

“Balik-alindog, HERE I COME!”

 

ATTITUDE

Lagi niyo ako nadidinig na sinasabing “#THINKPositive”.

Pero this time let’s go for #THINPositive.

 

Magsimula tayo with a positive attitude.

 

Balewala ang gym, instructional videos, diet plans, o healthy eating kung wala tayo nito o kung ginagawa lang natin ang isang bagay ng hindi bukal sa loob.

 

Remember, without the right attitude, success wouldn’t be possible.

 

Losing weight is not just about diet programs. It all boils down to committing to a healthy lifestyle.
