Allow me to share with you some practical tips para ma-improve ang ating pasensya.
Nobody’s perfect. I also have my fair share of dealing with issues that test my patience.
When people are relaxed, mas makakapag-isip at makakapag-react sila ng maayos.
Kaya, make a conscious effort to relax.
Maglaro ka, mamasyal, magpahinga, reconnect with friends, re-visit a hobby, at gawin mo ang mga bagay na nae-enjoy mo.
REFLECT.
Bago tayo mag-react at kumilos, siguraduhin nating nakapag-pause tayo para mag-isip at magmuni-muni.
Most of the time kasi, ‘yung mga sudden outburst ng emotions ay pinagsisisihan once the dust settles.
RELEASE.
What I find therapeutic is releasing my frustration or cry while praying to God.
So, why fret over things that I cannot control?
The best thing I can do is to pray and ask God to take control of my situation. I know that God is in control and He will grant my heart’s desires in HIS time.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Do you have time for yourself?
Do you reflect before you decide or respond to life???s situations?
Do you have an outlet?
