Sa panahon ngayon, kung oobserbahan,
marami na sa atin ang palipat-lipat ng trabaho.
Not unlike before where most likely
ay tumatagal nang mahigit limang taon sa kumpanya.
Sometimes, I wonder why is this happening.
Ano kaya ang karaniwang dahilan kung bakit
umaalis ang isang empleyado sa isang kumpanya?
Nagiging cycle na ba ito sa atin?
I think one of the biggest reasons why business people fail
in keeping their employees in the company
is all about human resource management.
Not that I am saying I’m good at it.
But maybe… Just maybe, we can try to apply
the following tips on how to keep our people working with us.
TREAT OUR EMPLOYEES AS PARTNERS
By contract, our people who works for us
or for our company are called as “employee” or “staff”.
Whether manager or simpleng office encoder ang posisyon nila.
Sa isang may ari ng negosyo o kumpanya
they may seem to be as one of the employees,
but one thing that makes a difference
is when we look and treat them as our partners at work.
Technically, a company or corporation will not work
without people who works under people with higher positions.
At hindi rin magiging successful ang business without them.
Kung makabubuo tayo ng mindset at working environment
where treating them as business partners rather than “just an employee”,
they will increase their self-esteem and motivation to work.
After all, I believe one of our purposes
of putting up a company is to help people to get a job and earn.
PROVIDE NEEDED VALUABLE SUPPORT
When we treat them as our business partners,
this means that we are setting the line
that they are essential and of value.
That they, too, are human who must be respected,
receive a justifiable benefit and due importance.
Not just because their skill is needed
for a certain position at our company.
Maybe as business owners, we need to look after
our partners’ needs in terms of finances and other assistance.
I believe that it is also our responsibility
to provide them assistance like health insurance,
accident insurance, retirement plans etc.
We really ought to take care of the well being of our partners.
MAKE THEM INVOLVED
I think one of the strategies to keep our partners
working with and for our business or company
is also when we look after their career growth.
Not just to train them to hit the quota, but also to equip them to |
become better in their field of expertise.
Seminars and trainings are very helpful in career growth.
Lalo na kung may certifications for their particular work positions.
Let’s create an environment where our employees can really experience
and participate in the #malasakit and #bayanihan themes of our company.
Make them feel that they are very essential to the team.
