SELLING 101

Marami rin ang nagtatanong sa akin kung
paano ba maging effective sa selling? May sikreto
nga ba? Well, let me share with you simple ways.

In this blog, I will share some tips but not actually
a secret. I think lahat naman tayo alam ito kaso
hindi lang natin masyadong pinapansin.

Madalas kasi naka-focus tayo sa benefits or features
ng product. Pero mayroon pang mas malalim na
paraan para maka-close tayo ng deal at may sales.

Here are some practical tips:

SELL BY CONNECTING THROUGH EMOTIONS

Bakit kahit anong ibenta na may connection sa isang
popular kpop group ngayon ay talagang patok? Halos
sold out lahat ng concerts nila at mabenta talaga?

Kaya mabenta kasi ayaw ng mga tao na mapag-iwanan.
Maliban sa fans sila, may kakaibang pakiramdam
kapag mayroon ka rin nung product na iyon.

Bakit ba may mga sikat na endorsers ang isang brand?
It’s because they can connect to the target consumers.
So connect to your prospect, saka na yung features.

“Bagay sa inyo. You look like ______”
“Makatutulong ka rin sa charity.”
“Isa kayo sa mga unang magkakaroon n’yan.”’

Iba’t ibang atake rin depende sa product na ibebenta
natin. So get into their emotions. Huwag ipilit yung
pagbebenta. Connect first then selling will follow.

SELL TO OFFER A SOLUTION

Bakit ba nila bibilhin ang product mo eh hindi naman
nila kailangan? Paano nila malalaman na maganda
yung product mo? Kailangan alam mo ang problema.

If problema n’ya halimbawa ang sobrang liit ng screen
ng kanyang phone, then sell the one na may malaking
screen then saka natin sabihin ang benefits na may
malaking screen.

Gusto ng customer magpaputi. Don’t just tell na bilhin
n’ya agad yung product, dapat malaman n’ya na
kailangan n’ya yung product mo at makatutulong yun.

“May anak ka na pala. Naku kailangan hindi lang sila
ang inaalagaan natin. We have to keep  ourselves
healthy. I have this. Call me kung interested ka.”

Huwag i-push masyado ang product na parang wala
tayong pakialam sa ibang tao na ang gusto na lang
natin ay makabenta lang o maka-close ng deal.

SELL THROUGH REAL TESTIMONIES

Nagtataka tayo bakit may mga ‘di naman sikat na
model ang nag-eendorse ng isang product? It’s
because they are sharing their personal experience.

Kung pampaganda ang product then sikat na model
ang mag-endorse, parang usual na yun kasi
maganda naman talaga yung endorser na yun eh.

Pero kung normal people ang kukunin nila to share
their stories, then mas totoo ang nangyari dahil sila
mismo ang nakaranas kung effective ang product.

“Napagtapos namin ang mga anak namin dahil dito.”
“In 4 weeks, ito na ang resulta sa paggamit ko ng product.”
“Masarap yung mga pagkain doon at malinis ang lugar.”

Kaya mahalaga ang feedback mula sa mga customers
hindi lang basta nakabenta tayo sa kanila, dapat
kumustahin din natin kung nakatulong ba tayo sa kanila.

  • Ano ba ang nararamdaman ng customer mo ngayon?
