HUWAG PA HIJACK SA CELLPHONE ADDICTION

Ikaw ba ay adik sa iyong cellphone?

Kinakain na ba nito ang iyong sistema?

Paano malalaman?

 

Halimbawa:

 

Pagdilat ng mga mata, may mga muta pa,

hindi pa naghihilamos, cellphone kaagad ang inaabot.

 

Habang kumakain, sinasabayan din ng

pag swipe swipe sa social media kaya hindi matapos tapos.

 

Inaantok na, pagod sa eskwela o trabaho,

imbis na magpahinga, pipigilan at

lalabanan ang antok, makapag cellphone lang.

 

Nag g-gym, kumakain, nasugatan, o

mapa-traffic situation, lahat pipicture-an

at vivideo-han.

 

Kung oo ang sagot, isa ka ngang certified

CELLPHONE ADDICT!

 

Masaya naman kasi talaga gumamit nito.

Kung merong: “Kilay is life”,

Meron din: “Cellphone is life”

 

Ako man, may oras na ‘di ko mabitawan ito lalo na’t

lagi akong bumibiyahe because I need to stay in touch

with my family and  update my followers from time to time.

 

Ito kasi ang easiest way to communicate, to entertain ourselves,

get updated with our friends, watch movie, do our work, lahat…

All in that one small gadget.

 

Pero gano’n pa man, tulad ng ibang addiction,

hindi din ito maganda pag sobra sobra na ang pag gamit.

 

Ano nga ba ang disadvantages nito:

  • Hindi na nagawa ang report
  • Nakalimutan na ang sinaing o ang nilalabhan
  • Wala ng pahi-pahinga kakatingin
  • Hindi na nakakapag aral kaka-games.

 

Biruin n’yo, kung ang cellphone ang ginagawa nating

almusal, tanghalian, at hapunan,

wala na tayong nagagawa dahil lahat ng atensyon natin

ay nasa cellphone na.

 

Yung mga kailangan nating tutukan nababalewala na.

 

NAWAWALA NA ANG HUMAN INTERACTION

Try to observe nowadays.

Kapag may meet-up tayong magkakaibigan

ito ang kadalasang scenario:

  1. Labas ng cellphone
  2. Pipicture-an ang pagkain
  3. Mag g-group picture with the food
  4. Isip ng caption
  5. Upload
  6. Tingin maya’t maya kung sino ang magla-like o magco-comment

 

Kapag may reunion naman,

same procedure

plus wala ng nagpa-participate sa mga laro,

o wala ng focus sa kine-kwento ng kamag-anak

dahil busy sa cellphone.

 

Nakatatawa pero totoo ‘di ba?

Nakalulungkot lang din dahil wala na yung

true value ng salitang “HUMAN INTERACTION”.

 

Nami-miss tuloy natin ang napaka daming bagay

tungkol sa isa’t isa. Sayang.

  • Kapag naiipit sa traffic, mag ce-cellphone
  • Tambak ng trabaho pero magce-cellphone hanggang sa wala ng natapos

 

Nakadi-distract kasi ito sa totoo lang.

 

Kapag hinayaan natin ito to get in the way,

mahahati ang ating atensyon .

Risk na sa ating safety.

Mapababayaan pa ang trabaho.
