Nag-aalala ka na baka kulang ang iyong pera.

Baka wala kang pambayad sa upa, pang- tuition,

at pambili ng pagkain.

Natural lang naman mag-alala.

Pero kung nagiging habit na ito ??at lumalabis, unhealthy na ???yan.

Paano mo po malalaman kung ito ay lumalabis na?

  1. Hindi na makatulog dahil sa pag-alala.
  2. HIndi ka na makakain.
  3. Parati ka na lang tulala at tumitingin sa malayo.
  4. Hindi ka na makapag-isip nang mabuti.
  5. Parati kang aburido at mabilis kang mainis.
  6. Hindi ka na nag-eenjoy sa ginagawa mo.

Hindi mo ito maayos na ikaw ay nag-sasarili.

Kailangan mo ng katuwang at suporta para ito ay malabanan.

Kailangan mong may makausap para magbigay sayo ng tamang payo.

Kailangan mo rin palakasin ang iyong pananalig sa Diyos para malabanan ang lahat ng iyong naiisip at nararamdaman.

Huwag kang patatalo sa negatibong pag-iisip.

Huwag mong isipin na wala ka ng pag-asa.

Huwag mong isipin na walang tutulong sayo.

Huwag mong isipin na ikaw ay nag-iisa.

At huwag na huwag mong isipin na wakasan ang iyong problema sa maling pamamaraan.

Tatandaan mo, may mga taong nagmamahal sayo.

May Diyos na hindi ka iiwanan at pababayaan.

May Diyos pwede gumawa ng himala sa iyong sitwasyon.
