Sana pala, noon ko pa nalaman.
Sana pala, ‘di ko nalang sinubukan.
Sana pala, ‘di ko nalang ginawa.
Sana pala, nakinig ako noon.
Sana pala, ‘di na lang ako nagsalita.
Sana maibalik ko pa ang nakaraan.
Sana! Sana! Sana!
Panay na lang SANA.
I’m sure all of us had our share of regrets.
We regretted something that we’ve done in the past.
Most of the time, it makes our lives more miserable because we dwell too much on “what could have been”.
We can never turn back the hands of time. Iyan ang reality.
Hindi masamang magsisi at mag-regret, but we have to understand that instead of being depressed, we can choose to stand again, move on, and learn from our mistakes.
How can we break free from living a lifetime of regrets? Here are some steps I want to share with you:
Accept that it already happened.
What we can do is focus on the “now” and be fully aware of our actions.
Sit down and reflect. Take the time to pause and think. These questions will help you evaluate and assess the situation you’re in and help you improve yourself.
Madadapa tayo at muling magkakamali. It doesn’t matter how hard you fall, as long as you bounce back and learn from it. There are no regrets in life, just lessons.
Finally, we need to accept that we cannot control everything.
We just need to let go and let God do His thing.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Do you have regrets in life?
Have you tried evaluating yourself?
Are you ready to move forward?
