Nalilito ka ba kung anong dapat mong piliin na desisyon?
Ano ang makakabuti sayo?
Ano ang tamang hakbang na gagawin mo?
In other words, gulong-gulo ka at hindi ka makapag-decide.
This can happen when you are at the crossroad in your life,
As much as possible kasi, we want to make sure na kung ano man ang pipiliin natin, eh yun ang nararapat.
But what makes us confused?
- The pros and cons of each option
- Peer pressure
- Influence of the environment
Pero sa gitna ng lahat ng ito, ano nga ba ang pwede nating gawin to get through this?
STOP, LOOK, AND LISTEN!
“When I say stop, you stop!” Sounds familiar? (Hehehehe.) Don’t make any major decisions when you are confused and emotionally unstable. Maniwala ka, mas mataas ang chance na magkamali ka.
Take a break, review the choices you made in the past. Magbalik tanaw kung ano nga ba talaga ang goals mo o yung gusto mo ma-achieve. Saan ka ba nagkamali? Ano ang natutunan mo? Ano pa ang dapat baguhin?
Minsan kasi nakakalimutan na natin mag reflect dahil masyado na tayong emotional.
LISTEN TO OTHERS
In order for you to arrive at a less risky decision, we need to seek counsel from people who are wiser than us. Kailangan natin magtanong at ng tulong sa mga taong mas magagaling sa atin.
Kasi nakakalito kung ikaw lang ang mag-decide. Kaya nga sabi ng iba, “two heads are better than one”.
My final advice, don’t give up! Continue to believe and persist.
Getting stuck doesn’t mean that it’s the end of the road. Kung naiipit ka ngayon, tatandaan mo, there is a way out. Kaya nga I always say at the end of my program, “In every problem, there is a solution. If you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem!”
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
What are you confused about right now?
Bakit ka nalilito?
Are you willing to try and try until you succeed?
