Bakit May Mga Taong Hirap na Hirap Mag Move On

December 11, 2015 By chinkeetan

Part of Moving On is On Learning To Let Go and Let God

Ang hirap mag-move on, kapag…

Kung hindi natin ito gagawin, masasayang lang yung bawat araw na lumilipas to make yourself a better person than you were yesterday.

1. DON’T KEEP ON BLAMING OTHERS FOR THE HURT

Don’t make this as an excuse to nurse your pain and grievances.

2. BE FIRM ON YOUR DECISION TO LET GO
You cannot let go or move on if you don’t make a commitment to actually do it. Start by saying: “magmo-move on na ako, lalabanan ko ito!”— and stick to it!

Being firm on your decision means avoiding a negative thought or not letting a past scene play inside your head over and over again.

3. EXPRESS YOUR PAIN

Kung hindi ka naman masyadong kumportable pa na ikuwento ang nararamdaman mo, why not write it down on your diary or personal journal so you can vent it out. During this process, take this time also to think about what changed in you over the past few days or months, and how are you planning to get back to your old self na nawala nung mga oras na nasasaktan ka.

4. FOCUS ON THE ‘NOW’
Tayo kasi minsan, ang hilig hilig natin mag-overthink, kaya lalo tayo nahihirapan. Tulad nga ng tinutumbok ng pelikulang Second Chance, focus on the “what is” and not on the “what if’s”.

Kung parati mong pagtutuunan ng pansin ang nakaraan, it will be hard for you to appreciate what’s in front of you.

5. FORGIVE THEM, AND YOURSELF
Forgiving people who have hurt you is not a sign of weakness. Hindi rin naman nito sinasabi na tama sila, kundi paraan lang ito to get you off the hook. You cannot start a new kung meron ka pang poot sa dibdib mo. Forgive and pray for them.

At ikaw naman, kung may nagawa ka ding kamalian that contributed to what you’re feeling right now, huwag mo din kalimutang patawarin ang sarili mo. Keep in mind that you have today to make up for it.

THINK. REFLECT. APPLY
