Paano Maiiwas ang Family Conflict?

December 8, 2015 By chinkeetan

We are all created unique, hindi tayo pare-pareho kaya naman di nakakapagtaka if there are times when family members argue. May mga pagkakataon din na lume-level up ang arguments to the point na nagkaka-conflict na between family members.

Some family conflicts arise because of money, religious beliefs, political views, at marami pang iba. While we cannot avoid these differences, we can manage or even avoid conflict that may cause huge problems sa ating pamilya. Here’s how.

AGREE TO DISAGREE
There will come a point when both parties need to settle down and agree to disagree.

You don’t have to accept each other’s opinions. You only have to accept the fact that both of you have different viewpoints.

KNOW THE NEGOTIABLE FROM THE NON-NEGOTIABLE

KNOW YOUR PRIORITIES

Tulad ng sabi ko kanina, everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Know your priorities and I hope na ang pamilya mo ang priority mo over whatever it is na ipinaglalaban mo.

THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.

To avoid family conflict, you should know how to:
Agree to disagree
Know the negotiable from the non-negotiable
Know what is your priority.
